As a Global Performance Solutions Lead, you’ll work with Global Product Leads and Product Marketing Managers to shape messaging, build assets, and drive activation that reaches our global Sales teams.
Global Solutions is the link between Google products and business. Your focus is to help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products. As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. Working in one of three specialized areas – Performance, Brand, or Publisher & Platform – you'll use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively. You are passionate about all things digital, and want to help shape the world of online advertising.
Responsibilities
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in product marketing, ad sales/support/strategy, or consulting.
- Ability to travel internationally.
- Experience with Google’s online marketing ad solutions, either as a customer or an agency.
- Experience delivering customer-centric sales content and activation programs.
- Experience managing complex projects with stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Exceptional insight, verbal and written communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Lead Generation and Apps Global Product Leads to serve as a thought partner and shape the go-to-market cross-product strategy.
- Develop client-ready materials (e.g., narratives, pitch decks, one-sheeters, etc.) around key Lead Generation verticals like Finance and Auto, and Apps verticals like Gaming and Retail, via data visualization and storytelling.
- Build a thoughtful, relevant internal marketing plan for scaling messaging and materials to sellers.
- Develop and experiment with new engagement formats (e.g., livestreams, videos, or others) to break through the noise and capture seller attention.
- Seek qualitative and quantitative feedback from both sellers and stakeholders to inform the relevance and impact of your work.
